Meaningful end-of-life conversations with a loved one can be a great honor to them and a gift to yourself. Though it can be uncomfortable, the sooner these
conversations begin the more prepared we are to help ensure we all spend our final months, days, and moments of life in a way that best suits our wishes.
Patricia O’Connor, nurse practitioner, end-of-life expert, and author of “Navigating Life’s Final Journey” will share her knowledge and experiences supporting families through the difficult, yet important conversations we all must have as we design our own path for the end of life.
