Thinking of downsizing as preparation for a move or just to better enjoy your current space? Join us to learn basic strategies for reducing clutter or downsizing. We will discuss how to find time and stay motivated; how to make decisions about what to keep; and how to effectively use online resources to sell or give away unwanted item.

Lora Gerard, MPA, Geriatric Center of Excellence at Dartmouth Health, Northern New England Geriatric Education Center
Lora is a Project Manager for the Geriatric Center of Excellence at Dartmouth Health. She is trained as a facilitator for the Buried Treasures program, an evidence-based intervention for individuals with Hoarding Disorder. As a result of that work, she has developed several other programs to support the many people who are seeking to declutter or downsize for a variety of reasons. She also works in falls prevention, dementia care, and teachers art to older adults. She has two teen daughters and enjoys the outdoors and creating all kinds of things!
You will receive a Zoom link for this class 60 minutes before the class starts. The Zoom link will be sent directly to the email you registered with.
This class consists of two sessions on 4/22 and 4/29, once you register for the first (4/22), you are registered for the second session (4/29) as well.
