Looking for fresh recipe ideas for your diabetic lifestyle? Need to eat more healthily? Are you a diabetic patient or a caregiver to a diabetic? Join our club to swap recipes, find support, share challenges and successes.
In July, the Moultonborough Public Library invites you to “color your world” (the theme of our 2025 summer reading program) by joining our Salad-A-Day Challenge. Eat colorful salads at least 20 days out of 30 between July 1 and July 30, and be entered in a raffle drawing for a prize basket. Salad-A-Day logs can be picked up at the library from June 23.
