If you’re familiar with the various Bone Builders classes hosted all over New Hampshire and you’re considering cranking things up a notch or two in terms of intensity, give Forever Young Fitness a try! Participants engage in standing, sitting, strength, stamina and flexibility training using chairs and small weights where appropriate. Come see for yourself why the class regularly receives high reviews.
