Melissa Grenier, LCSW and the NH Regional Manager of the Alzheimer’s Association MA/NH Chapter, will present Golden View Health Care Center’s April Lunch and Learn program, Building Foundations of Caregiving, on Thursday, April 17th at noon in Golden View’s Retreat building at 19 NH Route 104 in Meredith. This program will help attendees identify the role of caregivers, explain relationship changes that may happen over time while you are caregiving, describe the five areas of the person-centered care approach, identify possible members of a caregiving support team, and list action steps that help lower caregiver stress.
