Live Well, Be Well is a FREE program for adults aged 18 and older living with or caring for someone with arthritis, diabetes, hypertension or any other ongoing health condition. This 6-week interactive workshop provides valuable tools & information to help manage disease symptoms, maintain proper nutrition & exercise, communicate with your healthcare provider & more. Registration is required & space is limited.
