Join Living Well with Diabetes, a 2 ½-hour interactive, peer-supported workshop, held each week for six weeks.

Set your own goals and make a step-by-step plan to improve your health and your life.
This class will meet from 1:30pm-4:00pm by zoom on March 18, March 25, April 1, April 8, April 15, and April 22.
