Caregiving can add stress to our physical and emotional health. This interactive workshop helps family caregivers learn the tools needed to help manage the difficulties in caregiving while considering their own well-being, such as:
Reducing personal stress
Changing negative self-talk
Communicating more effectively
Handling different feelings
Making challenging decisions
