Are you a family caregiver?
Caregiving can add stress to our physical and emotional health. This interactive workshop helps family caregivers learn to take care of themselves by:
• Reducing personal stress
• Changing negative self-talk
• Communicating more effectively
• Handling different feelings
• Making challenging decisions
This class meets once a week for 6-weeks; Wednesday, January 24 – February 28.
