Senior Strides

November 1, 2023 at 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Are you a senior adult looking for an opportunity to simply get a little exercise safely over the coming winter months? Then please join us at the Gilford Youth Center gym for our walking group. Seniors of all abilities are welcome! This is a drop-in program, so you’re welcome to join us on any Wednesday you wish. RSVP’s are not necessary. Also, there is no charge for the program.

Please be sure to bring/wear comfortable walking shoes and your own water bottle. There will be chairs available for sitting, changing shoes, resting, etc.. And there will be some oldies music while we walk – and some “Poker Walking,” too!!

If you have any questions, please call the Gilford Parks and Recreation Department Office at 527-4722.
