Being a care partner for someone with dementia or related illness can be a difficult journey. Care partners may struggle with challenging emotions like anger, sadness, or frustration, feeling like they cannot express those emotions to others, or like there is something wrong with them for feeling this way.
This workshop will give participants an opportunity to explore difficult emotions related to dementia care and to normalize that experience. Participants will leave with tools and resources to help them better navigate challenging emotions.
