Humans yearn to be heard and understood. Yet, through we can speak, we may not know how to communicate skillfully. This course aims to develop communication skills and enhance the health and happiness of the participants. In this eight-week virtual course you will: learn how to navigate difficult emotions; find out how to meet your own needs while respecting others; practice making positive requests; explore the art of successful negotiation; try “re-dos” and “time-outs;” and, experience the joy of more positive, smooth, nurturing relationships.
