I don’t belong to an organization, do I still need to create a partner profile?Yes. All partners, including those who do not belong to an organization, need to create a partner profile. This is to ensure the safety of our users.
Is there a fee to create a partner profile?No, there is no fee to create a partner profile. WellnessLink aims to create a space where the community can come together and find events in their area.
What kinds of organizations can create a partner profile?People and organizations whose events are targeted toward people aged 60+ are welcome to create a partner profile and advertise events on the WellnessLink Community Calendar.
This includes, but is not limited to: community-based services, senior centers, faith-based groups, libraries, veteran-affiliated groups, peer support, local business, health/mental health care, etc.
What types of events can partners post in the calendar? Please refer to WellnessLink Event Guidelines for more information.
Who should I list as a contact person for an event? The person who is coordinating the event should be listed as the contact for the event.
How do I cancel or postpone my event? Login to your account, click on My Events.
What should I do if I lost my password? On the Partner Login page, click Forgot Password. Enter your email address or user name for your account to receive a password reset email. If you do not receive the Password Reset email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder.
