Welcome to Boost Your Brain & Memory. Developed by Mather LifeWays Institute on Aging, this evidence-based program is designed to help you learn and practice the most promising strategies for keeping your brain healthy as you age.
This program uses a unique, whole-person approach to brain fitness, providing healthy practices to help you remember things better, be more organized, pay closer attention, and reduce stress—as well as reduce risk of dementia.
A multi-faceted brain health program that goes beyond simple brain games focusing on lifestyle factors that impact brain health, and memory strategies that participants can implement in their daily lives.
Registration starts Dec. 11, 2023-January 6, 2024, and the course begins from January 7-March 3rd, 2024.
This self-study class uses Canvas Learning Management System (link to register in Canvas and to access course information will be sent prior to the start of the class). Course is open for eight weeks, January 7, 2024 – 12:00 a.m. through March 3, 2024 – 12:00 a.m.
