Gentle Chair Yoga for Balance and Aging Gracefully

DETAILS

This program teaches gentle Chinese Yoga exercises for balance and musculoskeletal health. Practicing balance exercises counteracts the effects of aging, helps us avoid falls, keeps the body/mind agile and alert and are the keys to aging gracefully. The stress management benefits of the practice lead to an overall feeling of well being. This class is appropriate for beginners and for experienced practitioners of Tai Chi and Yoga.
